Nazis!

I don't believe it! Democratic Underground just banned me forever! They said that I alerted Freepers to our secret meeting place, and now I'm never allowed to post again!

I'm not welcome anywhere but here. So much for freedom of speech, assclowns.

Fisking Facists

NOw that the convetion has started, we can see the true colors of the nazxis who have taken over our governmetn, starting with Rudy Giuliani, who abused his powier after 9/11 and played on our fears with the CHipmeror and the PNAC imperialists. His speech deserves a closer look:

Welcome to the capital of the World.

You mean the "New World Order," you fucking facist.

New York was the first capital of our great nation. It was here in 1789 in lower Manhattan that George Washington took the oath of office as the first President of the United States.

George Washington was a racist who owned slaves! Although I do admire his ability to grow quality hemp.

It was here in 2001 in lower Manhattan that President George W. Bush stood amid the fallen towers of the World Trade Center and said to the barbaric terrorists who attacked us, "They will hear from us."

Then the President Select lied and sent us on an ill-conceived adventure in Iraq under false pretenses so he could steal oil from brown people. And don't tell me he didn't at least know about 9/11. Why else would he ave protected the bin Ladin's?

They have heard from us! They heard from us in Afghanistan and we removed the Taliban.

And built and oil pipeline!

They heard from us in Iraq and we ended Saddam Hussein's reign of terror.

Saddam Hussein was elected, unlike the Chimp in Chief, and we destroyed a stable country in the name of imperialism. That's a good thing?!

They heard from us in Libya and without firing a shot Gadhafi abandoned weapons of mass destruction.

Because we all know how much of a threat Libya was. Besides, he woulv'e stopped making WMD's anyway if we had just used diplomacy to convince him that chemical weapons are mean.

They are hearing from us in nations that are now more reluctant to sponsor terrorists.

Thats because they can't compete with terrorist recruitment in Iraq, so they send all they're business there. Plenty of poor American minorities to kill!

So long as George Bush is President, is there any doubt they will continue to hear from us until we defeat global terrorism.

Global terrorism will not be defeated until Bushitler is defeated, because he's the biggest terrorist of all!

We owe that much and more to those loved ones and heroes we lost on September 11th.

B*sh owes us the desency to resine as pResident so we can have democracy again.

The families of some of those we lost on September 11th are here with us. To them, and all those families affected by September 11th, we recognize the sacrifices your loved ones and you have made. You are in our prayers and we are in your debt.

How dare he mention prayers! You reich wing psychos don't have a monompoly on religion, you know!

This is the first Republican Convention ever held in New York City. It makes a statement that New York City and America are open for business and stronger than ever.

No, it capitalizez on our grief after 9/11 and makes protestors look unpatriotic! How can you question the Chimp near Ground Zero?

We're not going to let the threat of terrorism stop us from leading our lives.

Great, force the terror on the rest of us.

From the first Republican President, Abraham Lincoln, to President George W. Bush our party's great contribution is to expand freedom in our own land and all over the world.

But Lincoln was a progressive, while Bushchimperialist want's us all to be his slaves and warship him like a god.

And our party is at its best when it makes certain that we have a powerful national defense in a still very dangerous world.

I don't believe we're right about everything and Democrats are wrong about everything.

Neither party has a monopoly on virtue.

There is no virtue because there is no truth, you moral absolutist! You're so wrong, it's almost funny.

But I do believe that there are times in our history when our ideas are more necessary and important for what we are facing.

There are times when leadership is the most important.

On September 11, this city and our nation faced the worst attack in our history.

There he goes again, invoking 9/11 to weed out descent.

On that day, we had to confront reality. For me, standing below the north tower and looking up and seeing the flames of hell and then realizing that I was actually seeing a man — a human being — jumping from the 101st or 102nd floor drove home to me that we were facing something beyond anything we had ever faced before.

If it wasn't for Chimpya, we wouldn't have to deal with it.

We had to concentrate all of our energy, faith and hope to get through those first hours and days. And I will always remember that moment as we escaped the building we were trapped in at 75 Barclay Street and realized that things outside might be even worse than they were inside the building.

We did the best we could to communicate a message of calm and hope, as we stood on the pavement seeing a massive cloud rushing through the cavernous streets of lower Manhattan.

Our people were so brave in their response.

How is it brave to rally around a lieing murderer? People should of stood up for the truth!!!

At the time, we believed we would be attacked many more times that day and in the days that followed. Spontaneously, I grabbed the arm of then Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik and said to Bernie, "Thank God George Bush is our President."

I knew it! Giuliana is in on the conspiracy!

And I say it again tonight, "Thank God George Bush is our President."

You probalby think B*sh is God.

On September 11, George W. Bush had been President less than eight months.

He's never been presdient. The real president is Al Gore.

This new president, vice president, and new administration were faced with the worst crisis in our history.

They caused it themselves, so why should we pity them?

President Bush's response in keeping us unified and in turning the ship of state around from being solely on defense against terrorism to being on offense as well and for his holding us together.

For that and then his determined effort to defeat global terrorism, no matter what happens in this election, President George W. Bush already has earned a place in our history as a great American president.

What a joke. Karl Rove probalby wrote this whole speach.

But let's not wait for history to present the correct view of our president. Let us write our own history. We need George Bush now more than ever.

WE need him to be inpeached now, more then ever.

The horror, the shock and the devastation of those attacks on the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and over the skies of Pennsylvania lifted a cloud from our eyes.

We stood face to face with those people and forces who hijacked not just airplanes but a religion and turned it into a creed of terrorism dedicated to eradicating us and our way of life.

Here comes the islamophobic bigotry. Their not evil just because they're a different color.

Terrorism did not start on September 11, 2001. It had been festering for many years.

But Clinton's strategy of law enforcement worked until the hubris-infected Chimp took over and started threatening people.

And the world had created a response to it that allowed it to succeed. The attack on the Israeli team at the Munich Olympics was in 1972. And the pattern had already begun.

Serves the Isreali's right for oppressing the noble people of Palestine.

The three surviving terrorists were arrested and within two months released by the German government.

Action like this became the rule, not the exception. Terrorists came to learn they could attack and often not face consequences.

But fighting back only makes them angrier! We have to be nice to them if we ever want world peace!

In 1985, terrorists attacked the Achille Lauro and murdered an American citizen who was in a wheelchair, Leon Klinghoffer.

They marked him for murder solely because he was Jewish.

Sure they did. Do you expect me to believe that rediculous conspiracy theory?

Some of those terrorists were released and some of the remaining terrorists allowed to escape by the Italian government because of fear of reprisals.

So terrorists learned they could intimidate the world community and too often the response, particularly in Europe, was "accommodation, appeasement and compromise."

They were just trying to get back at the west for making them poor! Don't you know you'rehistory?

And worse the terrorists also learned that their cause would be taken more seriously, almost in direct proportion to the barbarity of the attack.

Terrorist acts became a ticket to the international bargaining table.

They're living in poverty! What other choice do they have? It's just like when innocent African-Americans are forced to join gangs because white people held them down. Damn racist redneck honkies.

How else to explain Yasser Arafat winning the Nobel Peace Prize when he was supporting a terrorist plague in the Middle East that undermined any chance of peace?

What a bigot. How can you call it a "plague" just because they're muslims? Go post on LGF with the other Muslim haters, you racist.

Before September 11, we were living with an unrealistic view of the world much like our observing Europe appease Hitler or trying to accommodate ourselves to peaceful coexistence with the Soviet Union through mutually assured destruction.

President Bush decided that we could no longer be just on defense against global terrorism but we must also be on offense.

If by "offense," you mean "bombing inocent people who weren't and imminemt threat."

On September 20, 2001, President Bush stood before a joint session of Congress, a still grieving and shocked nation and a confused world and he did change the direction of our ship of state.

He dedicated America under his leadership to destroying global terrorism.

Then why aren't we fighting the real terrorists: The ones who usurrped the White House?

The president announced the Bush Doctrine when he said: "Our war on terror begins with al-Qaida, but it does not end there.

Because Bushitler won't be happy until he has all the oil in the world.

It will not end until every terrorist group of global reach has been found, stopped and defeated.

"Either you are with us or you are with the terrorists."

See? I told you he questioned our patriotism, but none of you believed me! If that isn't crushing of dissent, then nothing is.

And since September 11th President Bush has remained rock solid.

Not to mention rock dense. LOL! I kill me.

It doesn't matter how he is demonized. It doesn't matter what the media does to ridicule him or misinterpret him or defeat him.

If only the media would stop giving him a blowjob every time he so much as picks his nose...

They ridiculed Winston Churchill. They belittled Ronald Reagan.

Ronnie Raygun was a terrorist too.

But like President Bush, they were optimists; leaders must be optimists. Their vision was beyond the present and set on a future of real peace and true freedom.

As long as the PNAC is in charge.

Some call it stubbornness. I call it principled leadership. President Bush has the courage of his convictions.

That means he's a cowboy who isn't nuanced enough to understand anything but his own close-minded views.

In choosing a president, we really don't choose a Republican or Democrat, a conservative or liberal.

That's half right.

We choose a leader.

Yeah, and then the Supreme Court appoints a failure. Hooray for America.

And in times of danger, as we are now in, Americans should put leadership at the core of their decision.

Hmmm...which candidate was in Vietnam again?

There are many qualities that make a great leader but having strong beliefs, being able to stick with them through popular and unpopular times, is the most important characteristic of a great leader.

Sounds like KErry to me. He stood up to his superiors after being a war hero and protested the facist takeover of Vietnam by the imperialist jingoist American rape troopers. Thta makes him even more of a hero.

Winston Churchill saw the dangers of Hitler while his opponents characterized him as a warmongering gadfly.

And now that we see the dangers of Boosh, we're charcterized as pinko commies. I'm a pinko socialist, you morons!

Ronald Reagan saw and described the Soviet Union as "the evil empire" while world opinion accepted it as inevitable and belittled Ronald Reagan's intelligence.

The SOviet Union could of been a utopia if we hadn't shoved capitalism down they're throast.

President Bush sees world terrorism for the evil that it is. John Kerry has no such clear, precise and consistent vision. This is not a personal criticism of John Kerry. I respect him for his service to our nation.

Then why are you suporting a chickenhawk draft dodger?

But it is important to see the contrast in approach between the two men; President Bush, a leader who is willing to stick with difficult decisions even as public opinion shifts, and John Kerry, whose record in elected office suggests a man who changes his position often even on important issues.

You're questioning his patirotims again! Kerry was in Vietnam, and that gives him the right to change his mind! Don't you get it?

When Saddam Hussein invaded Kuwait in 1990, John Kerry voted against the Persian Gulf War. Later he said he actually supported the war.

You're Repiglican urban legends cant fool me.

Then in 2002, as he was calculating his run for president, he voted for the war in Iraq.

And then just 9 months later, he voted against an $87 billion supplemental budget to fund the war and support our troops.

Thats because Bushchimpler tricke him into thinking that we were just giong to use the authority to go to war. How was he supposed to know we would actually go to war? Besides, KErry would support it if it was done the right way.

He even, at one point, declared himself an anti-war candidate. Now, he says he's pro-war. At this rate, with 64 days left, he still has time to change his position at least three or four more times.

He can be both! He want's to defeat the terrorists, but he can't trust Pretzelboy to do it right.

My point about John Kerry being inconsistent is best described in his own words when he said, "I actually did vote for the $87 billion before I voted against it."

I explained this already. Kery just thought Dumbya was doing things wrong, so he let him know that he couldn't have any more money for his evil war.

Maybe this explains John Edwards' need for two Americas — one where John Kerry can vote for something and another where he can vote against the same thing.

"HAves and have mores..."

Yes, people in public office at times do change their minds, I've done that, or they realize they are wrong or circumstances change.

Hypocrit.

But John Kerry has made it the rule to change his position, rather than the exception. In October, 2003, he told an Arab-American Institute in Detroit that a security barrier separating Israel from the Palestinian Territories was a "barrier to peace."

A few months later, he took exactly the opposite position. In an interview with the Jerusalem Post he said, "Israel's security fence is a legitimate act of self defense."

WHAT? WHen did he say that? I didn't know he supported the Je-...terrorists in Israel!

The contrasts are dramatic. They involve very different views of how to deal with terrorism. President Bush will make certain that we are combatting terrorism at the source, beyond our shores, so we can reduce the risk of having to confront it in the streets of New York.

All the fraudministraiton is diong is creating new enemies for us in the Middleast and squandering the goodwill we had after 9/11.

John Kerry's record of inconsistent positions on combatting terrorism gives us no confidence he'll pursue such a determined course.

HE DEFENDED THE COUNTRY IN VIETNAM! It doesn't get anymore patirotic than that.

President Bush will not allow countries that appear to have ignored the lessons of history and failed for over thirty years to stand up to terrorists, to dissuade us from what is necessary for our defense.

He will not let them set our agenda. Under President Bush, America will lead rather than follow.

PNAC. It's so obvoius, I can't belive everyone hasn't figured it out.

John Kerry's claim that certain foreign leaders who opposed our removal of Saddam Hussein prefer him, raises the risk that he would accommodate his position to their viewpoint.

Good! We can't win this war unilaterally like wer'e trying to do now!

It would hardly be the first time he changed his position on matters of war and peace.

You just wish Bushchimpler had the nuance of John F. Kerry.

I remember the days following September 11th when we were no longer Democrats or Republicans, but Americans determined to do all we could to help the victims, to rebuild our city and nation and to disable our enemies.

Too bad Shrubya fucked that up and put us in even more danger.

I remember President Bush coming here on September 14, 2001 and lifting the morale of our rescue workers by talking with them and embracing them and staying with them much longer than originally planned.

Just like he's diong with the backdoor draft in Iraq, right?

In fact, if you promise to keep it just between us so I don't get in trouble it was my opinion that the Secret Service was concerned about the president remaining so long in that area.

Even they know hes a thraet to national secuirty!

With buildings still unstable, with fires raging below ground of 2000 degrees or more, there was good reason for concern.

Well the president remained there and talked to everyone, the firefighters, the police officers, the healthcare workers, the clergy, but the people who spent the most time with him were our construction workers.

Fucking war profiteers. They shouldn't be making money from destruction like that.

Now New York construction workers are very special people. I'm sure this is true all over but I know the ones here the best. They were real heroes along with many others that day, volunteering immediately. And they're big, real big. Their arms are bigger than my legs and their opinions are even bigger than their arms. Now each one of them would engage the president and I imagine like his cabinet give him advice. They were advising him in their own words on exactly what he should do with the terrorists. Of course I can't repeat their exact language.

More proof that the pResident is an idiot. He takes advice from mindless drones instead of intelectuals.

But one of them really went into great detail and upon conclusion of his remarks President Bush said in a rather loud voice, "I agree."

Did the worker say "George W. Bush is God?"

At this point the guy just beamed and all his buddies turned toward him in amazement.

The guy just lost it.

So he reached over, embraced the president and began hugging him enthusiastically.

Theyd better be careful he doesn't send them to the death camps for fags.

A Secret Service agent standing next to me looked at the president and the guy and instead of extracting the president from this bear hug, he turned toward me and put his finger in my face and said, "If this guy hurts the president, Giuliani you're finished."

ALl part of the culture of fear and intimidation he's created.

Meekly, and this is the moral of the story, I responded, "but it would be out of love."

If you knew anything about love, you woudnt' be a Republican.

I also remember the heart wrenching visit President Bush made to the families of our firefighters and police officers at the Javits Center.

I remember receiving all the help, assistance and support from the president and even more than we asked.

Yeah, gotta love those photo-op's.

For that I will be eternally grateful to President Bush.

How long is he giong to spend politicizing 9/11? He should explain why Bushithead sat there reading about goats for 15 minutes when the country was under attack.

And I remember the support being bipartisan and actually standing hand in hand Republicans and Democrats, here in New York and all over the nation.

The Democrats wre just afraid of being sent to the secret camps for descenting against Governonr Bush.

During a Boston Red Sox game there was a sign held up saying Boston loves New York.

I saw a Chicago police officer sent here by Mayor Daley directing traffic in Manhattan.

I'm not sure where he sent the cars, they are probably still riding around the Bronx, but it was very reassuring to know how much support we had.

And as we look beyond this election — and elections do accentuate differences — let's make sure we rekindle that spirit that we are one — one America — united to end the threat of global terrorism.

After all, we need to hate them foreign types so we don't notice how horrible we all are.

Certainly President Bush will keep us focused on that goal. When President Bush announced his commitment to ending global terrorism, he understood — I understood, we all understood — it was critical to remove the pillars of support for the global terrorist movement.

IF that was true, BUsh wouldn've stepped down and let the real President take over.

In any plan to destroy global terrorism, removing Saddam Hussein needed to be accomplished.

Then maybe we shouldn't have put him into power in the first place.

Frankly, I believed then and I believe now that Saddam Hussein, who supported global terrorism, slaughtered hundreds of thousands of his own people, permitted horrific atrocities against women, and used weapons of mass destruction, was himself a weapon of mass destruction.

You can belive that all you want, but their still lies.

But the reasons for removing Saddam Hussein were based on issues even broader than just the presence of weapons of mass destruction.

OIL.

To liberate people, give them a chance for accountable, decent government and rid the world of a pillar of support for global terrorism is something for which all those involved from President Bush to the brave men and women of our armed forces should be proud.

Hmmm...people who need to be liberated from an unaccountable government that supports terrorism...sounds like the perfect description of Americans to me.

President Bush has also focused on the correct long-term answer for the violence and hatred emerging from the Middle East. The hatred and anger in the Middle East arises from the lack of accountable governments.

That's a code that racists use to mean "we need to kill all the Arabs."

Rather than trying to grant more freedom, create more income, improve education and basic health care, these governments deflect their own failures by pointing to America and Israel and other external scapegoats.

They're smarter then us if they can see the real problems.

But blaming these scapegoats does not improve the life of a single person in the Arab world. It does not relieve the plight of even one woman in Iran.

It does not give a decent living to a single soul in Syria. It certainly does not stop the slaughter of African Christians in the Sudan.

The changes necessary in the Middle East involve encouraging accountable, lawful governments that can be role models.

Sadam would've been better then the puppets who are in Iraq now.

This has also been an important part of the Bush Doctrine and the president's vision for the future.

The "president" sees a future where we all bow down to him and surrender our oil to Halliburton. I want no part of that.

Have faith in the power of freedom.

DOn't force your religion on me, you fundamentalist bigot.

People who live in freedom always prevail over people who live in oppression. That's the story of the Old Testament. That's the story of World War II and the Cold War.

Hopefully, it'll be the story of the first real election since 1996.

That's the story of the firefighters and police officers and rescue workers who courageously saved thousands of lives on September 11, 2001.

President Bush is the leader we need for the next four years because he sees beyond today and tomorrow. He has a vision of a peaceful Middle East and, therefore, a safer world. We will see an end to global terrorism. I can see it. I believe it. I know it will happen.

Of course you know, because you're probably in on the global domination conspiracy.

It may seem a long way off. It may even seem idealistic. But it may not be as far away and idealistic as it seems.

Look how quickly the Berlin Wall was torn down, the Iron Curtain ripped open and the Soviet Union disintegrated because of the power of the pent-up demand for freedom.

Yeah, let's celebrate forcing capitalism on people who were perfectly happy living above the government safety net.

When it catches hold there is nothing more powerful than freedom. Give it some hope, and it will overwhelm dictators, and even defeat terrorists. That is what we have done and must continue to do in Iraq.

Let the Chimperor fight his own war instead of being a chimpenhawk.

That is what the Republican Party does best — when we are at our best, we extend freedom.

As long as you're a millionaire. Otherwise, you're fucked.

It's our mission. And it's the long-term answer to ending global terrorism. Governments that are free and accountable.

Vote Kerry!

We have won many battles — at home and abroad — but as President Bush told us on September 20, 2001 it will take a long-term determined effort to prevail.

"We'll keep Osama hidden away for as long as we need to!"

The war on terrorism will not be won in a single battle. There will be no dramatic surrender. There will be no crumbling of a massive wall.

Unless its the wall between church and state...

But we will know it. We'll know it as accountable governments continue to develop in countries like Pakistan, Afghanistan and Iraq.

We'll know it as terrorist attacks throughout the world decrease and then end.

MOre proof that the next atatck is already planned. October surprise, anyone?

And then, God willing, we'll all be able on a future anniversary of September 11th to say to our fallen brothers and sisters, to our heroes of the worst attack in our history and to our heroes who have sacrificed their lives in the war on terror.

We will say to them we have done all that we could with our lives that were spared to make your sacrifices build a world of real peace and true freedom.

We will make certain in the words of President Bush that they have heard from us.

Just like he'll hear from us in November!

That they have heard from us a message of peace through free, accountable, lawful and decent governments giving people hope for a future for themselves and their children.

God bless each one we have lost, here and abroad, and their families. God bless all those defending our freedom. God bless America.

What a joke. Giuliani must be part of the PNAC conspircay. Did you hear all the forshadowing in that speech? He practicly knows when well be attacked agian.

You fucking neocons just don't get it, do you? YOU CAN'T WIN! We will take up arms if necesary and defend our freedoms.

Burn a Bush for peace!

The Real Heroes

I almost broke down in tears the last to days as I watched the heoic protesters in New York City fighting back against the facist theocracy that has takne our democracy hostage in the name of oil and racism. It's so tragic, yet so beautiful. These people are risking everyhting to go out and make themselves heard. The Asscrap Descent Crushing Squads have probably dragged a few to the goologs already, but they keep marching! This is what democracy looks like, you fucking Texas traitor!

I wish I could be there with them, but I'm still in San Francisco looking for a job. I on't understand why nobody has hired me yet. I mean, who wouldn't want to h ave a brilliant mind like minde working for them? I garantee Chimpya has something to do with this. If you don't parrot the atlking points like a good little sheep, the dicktaership doesn't let you get a desent, well-paying job in this KKKountry.

Fucking pricks.

My First Fisking

Sorry I haven't posted for the last month. I was looking for a job and didn't have time to enlighten you. But fear not, for I have returned! I want to start out by doing my first so-called "fisking." I've seen a lot of Repukelican bloggers do these things, so their obvoiusly not to hard. If they were, only liberals could do it!

Anyway, CD (Conservative Douchebag) over at Semi-Intelligent Thoughts just wrote this post about war hero John Forbes Kerry and AWOL chimpenhawk George W. Bushitler. Well, you don't question the patriotism of a true American hero around here without Larry having a chance to respond! Let's fisk!

KEY:
Italics= CD
Regular font= Larry
Indented text= Oppressed minority Bob Herbert

NO. MORE. VIETNAM.

Of course, you chickenhawk warmongers don't want to support your imperialistic adventures as soon as they help a Democrat.

Holy flurking schnit, I can't take it anymore. Talk about the issues, people! I don't give a flying Fokker about what happened more than 30 years ago. I know I said that Kerry should deal with the charges, since he chose to run on his service, but take it down a notch! There are issues to discuss, you idiots!

Don't blame Kerry for that! Every time he tries to talk about how he'll fix the damage Dumbya has done to the country, the corporate media whores smear him as a flip-flopper who is out of touch with the average American. And besides, Kerry's heroic service as a hero in Vietnam proves how much better a leader he'll be than President Crackhead.

And now, a message for neolibs:

YOU ARE ALL A BUNCH OF HYPOCRITES.

"Neolibs." What does that mean? I've been a liberal all my life, so I can't be a neolib. Maybe "neolib" is when Keanu Reeves improvises his lines? I'm confused. But I'm definately not a hypocrit.

You continuously call Bush a fascist, compare him to Hitler, and claim that he's crushing dissent.

Since he is a facist who is crushing descent, you shouldn't have a problem with that. And if anything, he's worse than Hitler. Your probably wearing a brown shirt right now, aren't you CD?

Then, as soon as an independent group criticizes John "F**k Up" Kerry, you claim that Bush should step in and stop their "smear campaign."

Why does that make anyone a hypocrit? Chimpy sends out his attack squads every time someone tries to tell the truth about his evil regime, but as soon as these unpatriotic traitors who didn't even serve with John F. Kerry start spreading lies, he pretends not to care. If they were telling the truth like Michael Moore, they would have the right to say whatever they wanted, but this is nothing but hate speech against a great American hero who bravely served his country in Vietnam.

MAKE UP YOUR FOTHERMUCKIN' MINDS, YOU SONS OF BIRCHES!

Like I said, I pity you if you cant see the difference between the truth and hate.

And speaking of the "smear campaign" meme...crap like this makes me forkin' furious:

Max Cleland, minus the three limbs he lost in Vietnam, showed up in his wheelchair outside President Bush's ranch in Crawford, Tex., on Wednesday to suggest that the president take the simple and decent step of condemning the slime that is being spread by Bush supporters against the war record of John Kerry...George W. Bush ought to call off his dogs.

Of course you disagree with Bob Herbert, because your a hateful racist bigot just like all the other redneck conservative assholes.

First of all, the fact that it hurts the reputation of the Flip-Flopping Frenchman doesn't automatically make it "slime."

Its slime because it defames the reputation of a war hero who did heroic things while serving heroically in Vietnam! Why do you reich wing wackos keep questioning the patriotism of war heroes like Max Cleland and John Kerry?

I know that in Liberal Land, anything you don't agree with is a lie by default, but we're living in a wonderful place called "reality."

In "Liberal Land," you wouldnt even be allowed to have your lieing blog because it infringes on everyones freedom of speech when you spread your hatred.

You have to actually deal with the accusations, rather than attacking the messengers. Remember AWOL? Don't dish it out if you can't take it.

What does that mean? Pretzeldent Shrub was doing drugs and knocking up his girlfriend while John F. Kerry was being a hero. Just because you don't like it doesn't make it a lie. Take you're own advice for once.

And furthermore, what is this "Bush ought to call off his dogs" nonsense? They're not working for Bush! This is yet another common logical fallacy of liberals: "Anyone who doesn't agree with me is working for/with my political opponents."

How do you know their not working for Shrubya? I know that a real war hero like John F. Kerry woudln't spread vicious lies like their doing, and Bushchimperialist has a history of hiring surrogates to do his dirty work, so what other explaination is there? They probably weren't even in Vietnam like war hero John F. Kerry. Lieing liers.

THAT'S NOT THE WAY IT WORKS!

Get used to the idea that people can, all by themselves, come to a different conclusion on an issue.

And if they weren't brainwashed by the brownshirts, they wouldn't believe the Swift Boat Liars.

It's not a shady plot by Karl Rove to discredit Kerry; It's just Americans exercising the rights they fought to defend. And now that I think about it...if it's wrong to criticize "war heroes," then why are you defaming the Swift Boat Vets? YOU'RE FREAKIN' HYPOCRITES, THAT'S WHY.

How many times do I have to explain this? It's wrong to attack John F. Kerry because he's a war hero who won 3 Purple Hearts, but they'res nothing wrong with fighting back against people who make unpatriotic attacks against a war hero. Do you even know that Kerry was a hero in Vietnam? The corporate media doesn't want to mention it, but its true!

In addition, if you partisan pukes would take a second to look at facts, you'd notice that Bush disagrees with the claims of the SBVFT. Oh, but Bush is a liar, right? We can't trust anything he says, so we have to put words in his mouth, like "Mission Accomplished" and "Iraq is an imminent threat."

Like I said, Bush* can say anything he wants because he pays people to spread lies about Kerry. You don't actually believe him, do you? If he was honest, he wouldn't be a Republican! And how is it putting words in his mouth when we just point out that he lied about Iraq being an imanent threat and the war being over? You must warship him so much that you don't think he can tell a lie.

Getting back to the Bob Herbert piece, let's talk about this "chickenhawk" crap again. Our misguided columnist says the following:

What is incredible is that these attacks on men who served not just honorably, but heroically, are coming from a hawkish party that is controlled by an astonishing number of men who sprinted as far from the front lines as they could when they were of fighting age and their country was at war.

He nailed it again! The fraudministration has no problem sending kids to die for they're racist oil war, but when they had the chance to be heroes like John F. Kerry, they ran away. Hey, their not ours, so what do we care? Sick freaks.

First of all, the attacks are coming from other veterans, but since this doesn't fit your "everyone who attacks Kerry is a puppet of Bush" view, I'll leave it at that.

They didn't serve with Kerry, so what credibility do they have?

However, I'm sick of people saying that you shouldn't be allowed to support war if you haven't served. You could at least be consistent about it. So, in the future...

-Don't call the police until you're trained to make an arrest.
-Don't even think about calling the fire department unless you work for them already.
-Don't order anything at a restaurant that you couldn't make on your own.
-Refrain from shouting suggestions at professional athletes until you prove you're capable of playing as well as they do.
-Don't vote unless you've held public office.
-Don't listen to any music until you learn how to play all the instruments.
-Don't pay for a haircut unless you learn how to cut it yourself.

I don't get it. Those are all jobs that people do because they want to, but Bushitler is sacrificing innocent young men and women, most of them poor and/or non-white, who only signed up because they thought they could get money for the education that this racist country denied them at home. Do you really think they would join the military if they knew they would be sent to murder brown people in the name of capitalism? And you know that there's a draft coming next year, right? Your 19 years old, CD, so I hope your ready to go.

...And so on. What's so hard to understand? We have a volunteer military because some people are more capable of serving than others. Declining to serve while still supporting the war doesn't make you a "chickenhawk" any more than calling the police makes you a "chickenpig..." or something like that.

As soon as the police start breaking into people's houses, killing their families, and stealing their oil, this will make sense.

And finally, let's take a look at this:

I would like to see at least some of these men, in keeping with their positions as leaders of a great nation, stand up and say it is wrong - just wrong - to try and reap a cheap political gain by defacing the sacrifices of individuals like John Kerry, John McCain and Max Cleland, who put themselves in mortal danger in the service of their country.

So would I! But they won't mention it, because they'd have to admit that their a bunch of evil cowards.

Disregarding the myths about McCain and Cleland...

They're not myths because you don't like them! We've seen these dirty right-wing tricks before, and now they're trying it again.

...let's talk about Kerry again. I agree that it's wrong to deface the sacrifices of war heroes.

Then why are you questioning Kerry's patriotism? He's a war hero, isn't he?

But when veterans lie about their service, and then use those lies as the centerpiece of their campaign, it's fair game. John Kerry reported for duty, and his duties as a public servant include telling the truth.

He has told the truth! It's only peolpe who didn't serve with him who are spreading lies! If it sounds like he's lieing, it's probably just too nuanced for you to understand. This world is too complicated for the simplistic, black and white views your hero tries to force down our throats. Cowboys disappeared a long time ago.

In any case, real heroes don't brag about their heroism. Real heroes don't use men whose lives they saved as political pawns. Real heroes don't use their war injuries to dodge any criticism of their voting record. Real heroes don't have to constantly remind everyone how heroic they are. Real heroes accept their heroism and move on with their lives.

Kerry wouldn't have to talk about being a hero if you would stop calling him and unpatriotic traitor! He's only talking about Vietnam because he has to prove that he doesn't hate America like you all say he does!

We had a couple real heroes running for president in the last decade, but I guess that since they didn't constantly remind us of how they served in World War II, they weren't heroic enough.

Why didn't they talk about it more? Were they ashamed of the atrocities they committed in the name of "democracy?" I bet they were.

Hypocrites. You're all a bunch of despicable, worthless hypocrites, and you're too stupid and brainwashed to even realize it.

There's no need to resort to name-calling, you facist dumbass.

I hate people.

Obviously, since you're voting for someone who want's to kill us all.

So, that's my first fisking. These are kind of fun. I may do it again if I have the time, but I still don't have a job, so I'll be looking for work during the week.

Anybody know a good place to work in San Francisco that doesn't require you to be in love with pResident Bush?

Way to Tell It Like It Is!

Sorry I haven't posted much yet. I've been mezmerized by the DNC speeches. Its about time we heard the truth about what needs to be done for a more prosperous America. First, we need to defeat the evil George W. Bush and try him for crimes against humanity. Then, we need to reverse the trend of selfishness that has destroyed the true spirit of this nation since Repukelicans started taking over. Government has to make sure that everybody is cared for, insteaad of leaving them to die in back alleys because they were too poor to pay for a safe abortion and they couoldn't feed the baby they were going to have, and the baby was going to be a mutant because AWOL's corporate cronies polluted the atmosphere.

Let America be America again! Go Kerry!!!

These Are the Real Patriots

I finally decided to start posting on Democratic Underground. It's the most intelligent discussion forum on the Internet!

I'm participating in a thread here right now.

The DNC Is Brilliant

I'm tired of Republicanazis complaining about this. Just look at what Conservative Dumbass over at Semi-Intelligent Thoughts said about it:

That's the left for ya, so open-minded and tolerant of opposing viewpoints.

Hey, we're just as tolerant as anyone else, but since you facists on the Wrong Wing decided to go to war for oil against innocent brown people, theres no telling what youll do to defenseless Democrats. Your always so worried about "homeland security," aren't you? If you had your way, the Unpatriotic Act would put all dissenters in a cage anyway, so why are you complaining, hypocrit?

See what I used to deal with?

Go Teresa!

It looks like John F. Kerry's wife is standing up to the corporate media! She told a reporter to shove it! HA! Serves you right for being mouthpieces for the B*sh fraudministration, you whores. And if you're not convinced that Mrs. Kerry did the right thing, maybe Hillary Clinton can change you're mind:

Asked about the comment Monday on CNN's "American Morning," Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton said she believes that "a lot of Americans will say, 'Good for you -- you go girl.' And certainly that's how I feel about it."

Exactly! The media keeps lieing and ignoring Bushhitler's deceptions, and they're already questioning JFK's patriotism, so of course they deserve what's coming to them!

We need more Real Americans like Teresa Heinz-Kerry. The revolution is coming.

I Finally Have A Blog!

Hi, everyone! My name is Larry, and I'm a liberal (no relation to Liberal Larry, who is a genius). I used to be a guest poster on a conservative blog called Semi-Intelligent Thoughts, but I was tired of the reich-wingers squashing my inteligent dissent, so I registered my own site, and now noone can stop me!

I'll be posting here on a regular basis to share the truth of the liberal point of view with the unenlightened masses. If you need more info about me, check my profile. I have to be careful how much information I give away, though. You never know when Attorney General Asscrap is reading your blog.
